Hello Shubham, Civil engineering branch is perhaps the oldest. It still has it's charm and will continue to dominate in years to come.

Hello,
Hope you are doing well. It depends on which state you belongs to but you can definitely get any government college with this rank of JEE Mains with your favourite branch. Go for state level counselling and fill all the government colleges with civil branch on priority. You will definitely get one. All the best.

MBA in Marketing. You can target construction companies like DLF and Aditya-Birla after your MBA in Marketing. I have seen many of my friends at Doon Business School who are civil engineers and are happy with the content of marketing.

I don't think that there is any lateral admission directly to the second year of B.E. One needs to have a diploma in civil engineering with 70% overall and 55% in each. Then they will sit for the entrance exam and they have to attend 67% questions to get to the safer side. I don't know the cut off of last year's, but I feel that it will be irrelevant for this year as a lot of students keep changing every year. And for further details, feel free to come and visit the campus. Think twice, act wisely.
