Hi mate,
Yes, you are eligible for B.Tech. You can take admission in any of the college which provide lateral entry in civil engineering which will be of 3 years. In a private university, you may get direct admission on the basis of your Diploma score but you need to appear for test if you're applying in government university. I hope I've made myself clear.

Hello Amit,
Eligibility for NATA is 10+2. As you have gone for Diploma after 10th itself, I am afraid you are not eligible. But I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this. Https://http://shiksha.com/architecture-planning/exams/nata.

Instead of country, look for the institution. Generally, US have better institutions for this branch.

Hello Sudhir,
You have superb academics. But some states have started conducting entrance tests for lateral admissions. If you happen to be from one of these then I am afraid that your marks of Diploma will not count. But I am sure that if you have scored 90% in Diploma then you can ace entrance exam. So why worry?
