If you are jobless and have plenty of money, you can do B tech from any University. That too, in the second year!
However, you are on the job, the only option is doing AMIE which is recognised.

It's not about which one is easy to study. Pursue a course only if you are interested in the course else for sure you are going to feel the course difficult.
For the preference between Civil and EEE; I would choose civil because in upcoming years civil's demand is going to increase a lot.

Dear,
You can take admission without any problem by simply giving LEET (EXAM). But at the time of admission in any college, you should have qualification certificate (6th sem mark-sheet) as a proof that you have completed your diploma.

Hi Mr. Sharma, you may consider universities in Germany, USA, Canada, Netherlands, Singapore, UK etc. You have to narrow it down basis your preference of budget, admission requirements , your profile and finally your career plans.

To crack NIFT entrance exam, focus on quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English comprehensive and GK. You can buy NIFT entrance exam's book and prepare from that book to get an idea about the pattern of the question paper. Apart from this, you can also practice sketching, drawing and be creative, because, exam will also test your creative skills.
