All the colleges you have mentioned are same and none has any advantage over others except VIT, Pune.

You rank is less so you should look for colleges which have options for lateral entry or have their own set of criteria for admission and is good for placements. I would suggest you UEM, Kolkata and to get a glimpse of the college and its admission process try visiting:

I don't think you will get admission in Amity University as they look for students who have a higher percentage of at least 60% or above, but you can surely contact them personally because they may have some opportunities open for you.

Hello Arun kumar,
Vardhaman College is good for civil engineering because its infrastructure and hostels as well as placement records are good. Average package is approximately 3 LPA. So, you should go for it.

There is no difference between B.Tech and B.E. as both is engineering degree just a name difference.
MS Ramaiah offers B.E. not B.Tech but no problem its engineering degree.
