No doubt both Universities are good. But regarding all other as suggested above, I am not agree. I have crossed over one and highly impressed as I find it as trying to follow & compete with JAYPEE university & Galgotias univesity in terms of (a) Implementation of modern educational concepts & associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs & abroad (b) global connectivity by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, RUSSIA & Thailand etc (c) Flexibilities for choosing additional courses over RTU, Kota, Faculty Members, Class, Class timing & peers groups of learning. Yes, it is fine to do civil engineering from Galgotias University but it is not very good. It is rather good for computer science. So, if you have another option, you should go for it.

You can't directly get admitted in any of the architecture colleges in India. For admission in B.Arch, you have to face a competitive examination called as NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture). Only then you are able to take admissions in any of the colleges in India.
However, it may definitely not be concerned that you have other degrees in that related field.

It is quite difficult to get seat through counselling, as your score is not affective. And, on the same way getting seat in civil is not possible. You may try for management quota. If you are in Mumbai region, then Dutta Megha will be the good option.
