Civil engineering as a whole is a very competitive job market in Canada and professionals are in demand. You may do a MS in civil engineering or a MS in engineering management. You can also opt for an MBA but after gaining 2-3 years work experience.

Your JEE score is not good and only if you belong to SC or ST category, you have slim chances of getting a college through JEE.

As per the market demand and jobs, you would get more opportunities in civil engineering. Petroleum engineering is a good field and has a good growth but job market comparison to other branches is less specially in India.
