It is quite difficult to get seat through counselling, as your score is not affective. And, on the same way getting seat in civil is not possible. You may try for management quota. If you are in Mumbai region, then Dutta Megha will be the good option.

You have to fill the forms of the various exams. Colleges for lateral entry. You can also change branch in B.Tech for lateral entry. Almost all the colleges offer lateral entry. So, you don't have to worry about the college.
