Hello,
Post graduation means to gather more knowledge in the field in which you have completed graduation or in a related field. As per your query, the fields- Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and civil engineering are completely unrelated branches. Therefore, it is a matter of question, whether the college will grant you admission for the same.

Your admission in IITs depends on your ranking but to be eligible for admission, you need to clear individually in physics, chemistry and maths in JEE Advanced along with the cut off prescribed by IITs.
