Your admission in IITs depends on your ranking but to be eligible for admission, you need to clear individually in physics, chemistry and maths in JEE Advanced along with the cut off prescribed by IITs.

Most of the universities have lateral entry scheme for Diploma or B.Sc holders. So, you can check the respective websites for the entrance exam or admission process.
