After completing BE in civil engineering, M.Sc. in mathematics is not recommended. You should go for either M.Tech or MBA. You may do your M.Tech part time.

Although civil engineering degree is enough to get a job but if you have some software knowledge then it will help you. So, you may go for certificate course of STADD, Autocad, Primevera, etc.

It depends upon your institute, your own skills and knowledge. An average salary of fresher civil engineers also depends upon the institute, however, except few colleges. Most of the colleges are unable to provide campus selection for civil engineers. If your institute is good and your skills and knowledge match with industrial requirement you will get very handsome salary after some years of experience.

All institute who take admission through GATE scores are not providing stipend however all NITs , IITs, IIITs and most government engineering colleges provide stipend. For more detail you may go through institute website and contact them by finding contact information.

If you have taken commerce, why change it? As per AICTE report, close to 45% engineering graduates are jobless. Complete your B.Com then go for a specialisation in finance. It has very bright future.

Yes, civil engineering is a demanding profession in Australia. Fee will depend on the university. It can range from AU$20,000 to AU$40,000 a year. You can check details on university websites.
