Hello Karthik,
Definitely, you can pursue other courses like MBA. If you are planning to take up a different engineering courses like Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Science, you might be given the admit. But, its very difficult to get VISA due to change of stream and you will be identified as potential immigrant. So its always recommended to do specialisation in your stream. Being a Civil Engineer, you can opt Construction Engineering and Management, Transportation Engineering, Water Resource Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Structural Engineering.
All the best.

All of these countries are the best for civil engineering. The best country is US because most of the top universities in the world are from US. (Like MIT, Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Priceton, and many more). Also, placement (incomes) are higher than other. So, I will suggest US.

Pdpu is good considering career but not so much placements. You can go for civil engineering. In 2015 companies like L&T and TCS offered jobs with maximum salary of 6 lakh per annum.
