For MS, it is quite difficult, you can get up to 70% scholarship. If you face any problem, then you can take loan from the university. You can opt for multiple scholarship options, but it is not easy to qualify in every scholarship program.

In my opinion, you should concentrate on your B.Tech score. You should target at least over 8.5 CGPA, then you can prepare yourself for GRE and TOEFL/IELTS for USA.
