All academic transcripts should be sent directly to the university. If these are not in English, then certified translations should be attached with the original copies. Additionally, before admission, the university will require proof of English proficiency and other exam score reports. Undergraduate Admissions

International UG aspirants are required to have a high school certificate or Diploma from a recognised institute or US-equivalent. Indian applicants should have completed Class 12 with required grades of A, B, or C. Program-specific requirements include:

Graduate Admissions

Graduate aspirants are required to have a bachelor's Diploma or degree from a recognised university with good scores, which should be equivalent to a US bachelor’s degree. Minimum GPA and exam score (GRE or GMAT) requirements differ as per course.

English Language Requirements

International applicants need to submit any one of these English proficiency scores:

Yes, the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology's NAIT application can be changed. Candidates can submit the Program Choice Change Form to the university in order to modify their programme choice. The form itself contains the instructions for submitting it. The university evaluates applications on a first choice or second choice basis, and applicants can include two programme choices on their application, indicating one as their first choice and the other as their second choice. The programme that an applicant chooses as their top option will always be evaluated by the institution first, and those applicants will be given preference for open seats in that program. 

On-campus housing is not provided by the Vancouver Community College. However, VCC has partnered with many local landlords to provide off-campus housing to international students. It helps provide apartments, suites, townhouses, or rooms to international students outside the campus.

Homestays

VCC also offers a homestay option for international students. Students can live with a Canadian family and experience the native way of living and culture. Liane’s Vancouver Homestay is in charge of placing international students with homestay families. Students get a private bedroom and other facilities such as laundry, telephone, meals, TV, kitchen, etc.

Homestays Cost

The fee for a homestay with Liane’s Vancouver Homestay is:

• Placement charge: CAD 290/INR 17.80k
• Homestay fee: CAD 868/INR 53.29k for 28 days
• Payment charge: CAD 9.50/INR 583 + GST per payment
• Airport transfers charge: CAD 73/INR 4.48k + GST

From the date of complete application submission with the application fees, the average time required by VCC is 16 business days. As the selection process time frame may differ for different programs, it can take up to 16 business days for students to hear from the university.

Please note that decisions are announced online and all the student-specific communication from the university is done via email. Hence, students must register with an active email address to keep a track on all Vancouver Community College notifications, especially in their spam folder. Aspirants may also check their application status on the official admission portal of Vancouver Community College.
