If you meet admission requirements like a good academic record, around 75%, IELTS score and relevant background then why not. However, you will face problems with your 3-year degree, you have to talk to the university directly and check if they are stubborn they won't accept or else they will ask for an evaluation. At most, you can complete the first year of a Master's degree programme in India and then apply for Masters in Canada, this is also acceptable.

Chances can't be predicted just by looking at the grades given that University of Alberta is highly competitive and also very high grades do not guarantee admission. Your percentage is alright, chances are moderate. It will also depend on your previous projects, networking skills, recommendation letters etc. Just apply and see.

Yes, it requires the TOEFL or the IELTS along with GMAT or GRE. Is work experience really necessary? Absolutely, why would they ask for work experience, if they did not find it necessary? Unless you are someone with 90% marks with an exceptional all-rounder profile admission without work experience seems out of the way. You should start some groundwork, will suggest you to connect with the admissions team there and see what they have to tell you.
