Hi,
The applicant should be a teacher possessing Graduation/Post Graduation Degree with 55% (50% marks in case of SC/ST) with two years teaching experience in a Government or Government recognized school located in the territorial jurisdiction of the University and within the State of Himachal Pradesh. So, you can't apply.

Yes, this college has teams in almost every sports and sport fest is also organised annually. Except this these teams also participate in other college's fest too.
So many cultural programs are organised in a year that you will get fed up with all these, in your first year only.

Admission in NIT, Hamirpur and other NITs,IIITs are given on the basis of the JEE Mains rank and after scoring a rank in JEE Mains you have to register for the JoSSA counseling on https://josaa.nic.in/webinfocms/public/view.aspx?page=46.
This year registration for counseling were open upto June 25, 2018 and 2 rounds of counseling have been already declared.
So hope you have registered for counseling.
All previous year's and this year's opening and closing ranks are available at josaa.nic.in.
You can compare your rank with them and you would get an idea of your selection.
Best of Luck!

Both are equivalent.
But I would suggest JUIT. You will get slightly better placement and nice environment to study in JUIT.

Sorry but for admissions to NITs candidates should have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile in the class 12th exam conducted by the respective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is 65% marks in class XII.
Your score is 69.7%, so you would not be eligible for admission.
