NIT Hamirpur is possible, but branches other than computer science engineering. You might get civil, electrical or mechanical in the second or third round of the JEE Mains counselling. You should apply for this college.

Chances are very low with this score, but you must give a try and participate in the counselling. You may get branches like IT, electronics, electrical, civil in this campus in the third round of counselling.

Although the cutoffs of this year for computer science engineering in this NIT is not declared, but your rank is under 30000, then you can get CSE or information technology easily in this college. So apply for the same at the time of JOSAA counselling.
