To get B.Arch in IITs you need to appear for 4 exams namely JEE Mains papers 1 and 2, then you need to clear JEE advanced and then you need to clear AAT (architecture aptitude test).

Yes, you have a very good chance for getting it. You are expected to get it through your state level counseling.

Yes, you can try for NIT's. Your category quota might fetch you a seat in one of the NIT's. NIT Hamirpur most probably because previous year's closing rank was highest for NIT Hamirpur.
