IIM Shillong Admission 2024 to PGP course is based on CAT 2024 scores. IIM Shillong admission process is conducted in two phases. In the Phase 1, candidates are shortlisted for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). In Phase 2, based on the Past Academic Performance, Performance in GD and PI, Performance in CAT, total work experience, and gender, the final merit list is prepared for offer of admission to the PGP 2023-25 batch. IIM Shillong admission 2023 to MBA course is offered through CAT 2023 scores followed by Analytical Writing Test (AWT) & Personal Interview (PI). For admission to MBA (or PGP) 2024 batch at IIM Shillong, the CAT test will be conducted on November 26, 2023. Aspirants of IIM Shillong are required to appear for the exam in Computer Based Testing mode at the allotted test centres. CAT exam 2023 will be held in three slots:

Morning slot: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM

Afternoon slot: 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM

Evening slot: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Earlier, the CAT exam used to be of 180 minutes with 100 questions but in 2020, both exam duration and number of questions were reduced due to COVID-19 pandemic. Now, starting CAT 2022, the total number of questions stands at 66 as part of CAT pattern.
