You have an option called management quota in deemed universities. You can get admission without any entrance but you may have to pay extra amount in addition with course fee. The extra amount you pay may vary from one university to other. You can search online for your courses offered by universities and contact them before going to talk face o face which makes to save your time. ok now u completed ur 10.
soo next u will do 2 years intermediate in arts stream.
after that u have to do degree 3 years from any recognised college.
Then at the age of 22 u have to write civil services exam conducted by upsc which has 3 steps-
Then after qualifying ur exam acc to ur rank first 200 will get IAS and next rank will get IPS .
The number of persons selected for IAS or IPS will differ every year acc to vacency
This year only 178 were selected for ias

Yes it is ok decision but your campus recruitment will be dependent on your skill,And If your aptitude is good then my personal suggetion to you join the coachings again and repeat all the MBA entrance exam you will surely get Better than this.
