There are lots of Diploma courses available but it is suggested You should go with masters degree as masters have better scope then Diploma as Diploma will not give you better career Prospects
You may choose better Degrees like M.com Masters in Finance MBA or PGDBM etc
If you still want to go with Diploma you can choose University like Madurai Kamraj, University of Madras or KSOU they have afforable fee structures look at their website every thing listed there
Hope this will help

UG courses in Germany require that you complete 13 years of education (and not 12). Therefore, you have three options:
1. Complete one year of bachelors in a government recognised University and then apply for UG
2. Sit for JEE exams and clear the tests
3. Apply to Studienkolleg (German University entrance exam) and clear the test.
Apart from the above, you need to have at least B2 level German proficiency as UG courses are taught in German language. Additionally, you need to sit for IELTS or TOEFL tests. Hope this helps! Let me know in case you have additional queries. Happy to help!
