Hi,
After completing Diploma in Civil Engineering program, you can go for Bachelor's Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering! In many Degree Engineering colleges, certain percentages of seats are reserved for Diploma certificate holder.

After completing B.Com, you can do a job, or you can also pursue MBA. It totally depends upon student's interest. And, coming to the other question which you asked, after completing your B.Com you can get banking job. There is other option that after completing your B.Com, you can prepare for banking exams and get the job in bank.
