Hi,
No, it isn't. If you have done training from some reputed institute and your skills are worthwhile then Bachelor degree isn't vital. But, it's always recommended to have a Bachelor's degree to be on the safe side.

You can appear for almost all government exams that requires a Bachelor's, another option would be bank exams or teaching job or you can become a consultant or research analyst. But, the best option would be to go for a Masters course as well.

Yes, you can take up BA in Anthropology after 12th. The eligibility is just 10+2 from any stream so any student passing 12 can take up B.A. In Anthropology.
