Hi, Of course you can. The eligibility of the course is only class 12th with PCM, where as you are already a graduate engineer. In addition, there is no upper age limit for AME. Presently in India, Civil Aviation Sector is growing at an average rate of 15% per annum. This in turn is causing almost all the airlines to purchase aircraft, which in turn is causing them to employ aircraft maintenance engineers in big numbers. Therefore, as far as the job prospects are concerned, I feel there are much more prospects after AME rather than after B Tech. Best wishes to you.

No, you cannot do so. No one college will admit you for the degree completion purpose in final year. Hence, it is better to complete your degree from your parent college.

I think you have to take backlogs and regular study as separately. So prefer to clear all backlogs first, Before enrolling for any semester. By doing this, your workload will definitely reduced and will come some favorable results.

It will be very difficult for you to get an admission based on 3 years Bachelor programme, but it will depend on the credits of your Bachelors programme. If your Bachelors programme is of 240 Credits, you will get admission else you may have to do an extra semester in Germany.
