I believe that you failed in your 12th equivalent at Hyderabad and now wants to continue your degree at Bangalore. That is not possible. You should have a valid confirmation document stating that you have cleared your qualifying exam at the time of admission.

You can apply for admission for any degree course, but at the time of joining or within the stipulated time you have to submit your qualifying exam details, which must indicate that you have cleared the exam.

Yes, you have to sit in the CLAT exam for getting admission into national law universities or you can give individual exams like BHU CET, IPU CET JMI, AMU, and AILET for admission in other law colleges. You can also apply to private colleges on the basis of CLAT score or individually.

That's possible if you wish to study from scratch again. You can easily get admitted based on your class 12th marks or Diploma, as required. If your query is whether one can continue from where you stopped in your previous degree, is not easy. You need approval from both the colleges.

This is the eligibility criteria for admission in this college : Candidates must have studied Chemistry as an optional subject at graduation level and Candidate must have studied any one of the subjects mentioned at graduation level::Botany/ Zoology/Genetics/Microbiology, Biochemistry and Biotechnology Hope this helps!
