It is Indeed a great to know that you are interested in doing your engineering albeit in a distance mode from either a foreign college or from an university in India. I am attaching a link that will give you a list of all the Institutions or universities in India that are offering engineering through distance learning. The link also gives the methods of admission and all related information. I am afraid engineering degree by distance education from a foreign college is perhaps not a very good thought because nothing much is known about these degrees and how much they will be useful in securing a job. Nutritionists or dieticians may build a career in the following sectors- R&D (Research and Development), Healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, health centres etc.), Government schemes and organizations, NGOs, Teaching and Education sector. To build a career in the R&D sector, qualifications like M.Phil. And Ph.D. will be of use. M.Sc. M.Phil. And Ph.D. qualifications will also enable one to take up the job post of a lecturer or instructor.

Some of the colleges offering this course are National Institute of Nutrition Hyderabad, J. D. Birla Institute of Home Science Kolkata, Lady Irwin College New Delhi, S. N. D. T. Women University Mumbai.

I would advice you to contact the placement coordinator of your college. If there are recruiters coming to the college for B.Ed agriculture, then definitely you can sit for the interview.

B.Com regular is the best. Because most of the study related doubts can not be addressed through correspondence/ distance study mode. Further, the requires study pace and consistently another important factors, which can be addressed properly through the regular study mode only. So, I would like to go with regular study mode.

In interior design, you can go for the bachelor degree courses of both 3 or 4 years whereas the Masters is of 2 years. You can also go for the Diploma in interior designing.
