You have not specified about the PG course you wish to pursue. However, if your CGPA is near to 5 than you can pursue the any relevant PG course in University.

In most of the colleges, The Robotic engineering course is not offers at UG level. This course is studies at PG level. However few college like SAGE University Indore offers B.Tech Automation and Robotics at UG level. Amity University offers B.Tech+ M.Tech Integrated course in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (Artificial intelligence is defined as the ability of an artificial mechanism to exhibit intelligent behavior. It is closely associated with robotics)

Yes, distance learning degree is valid as same a regular degree. Distance learning University must have UGC and DEB approval, if the university doesn't have those approvals then the degree will not be valid, so first check the approval and reviews then apply for admission in distance learning. But, recruiters often prefer Students with regular degree and regular degree also helps for future studies.

The detailed information about AMIE is given below. The eligibility criteria for AMIE is 10+2 with PCM with minimum 45% of aggregate marks or 3 years engineering Diploma course. Working Experience For AMIE : Working experience is needed while registering for AMIE (Section B). In AMIE (Section A), no experience is needed. Time Limit To Complete AMIE : 6 years for AMIE (Section A) (start from date of election) + 6 years for section B (start counting immediately after passing section A).
