The admission procedure is very simple you have to register yourself in the university then they declare the cutoff if your marks are enough for this university then you get the admission and you have to go for the counseling also whenever they call you for the admission.

Hi, most scholarships are merit based, you will be considered for a scholarship when you apply but will be on merit basis. It is best you visit the university websites and learn about scholarships, for some universities scholarships for international students are limited. Details will be found on university's website.
