An open degree do not have the same value and job opportunities as a regular degree. But once you gain enough experience, then you might get good opportunities on the basis of your experience. Do not loose hope. Keep working. All the best!

Usually MNCs prefer full time degree. There are very less chances for you to directly get a job in an MNC. You need to prove your self and make an amazing profile for MNCs to consider you.

I fear, no, because for Canada, there should be 6+ band in IELTS. Then only, you can do a degree in Canada.

If you have take admission in IHM Delhi you must write the nchmct entrance examination. If you opt for other private colleges you can apply through your wish.

Not too sure about the colleges abroad, but in India the degree certificate should be valid. But, again I am not too sure as National Academy of Photography (NAP Kolkata) is not UGC recognized.
