You need to be passed in 12th with minimum 50% marks with Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biology as mandatory subjects. You also need to clear OUCET entrance exam to get admission on the college.

Depends on how strict the university is with it's evaluation. What a Ph.D applicant requires is excellent research skills, some great recommendation letters and you must be good with networking. Share your profile details and research topics and interests with university supervisors, see who can recommend you. Email universities for your degree assessment and eligibility.
