Hi,
It is difficult to say, because Bachelors programmes generally have an age bar. You may pursue a Diploma course instead.

Hello!
You cannot do both at a time. It's better that after completing your Diploma, you take lateral admission in B.Tech and complete you degree. Yes it will take some time but trust me, it will be fruitful for you. All the best.

Work experience is never counted as a step up for education courses. The work experience will help you to understand the MBA course better than any regular student who do not have work experience. Yes, you are definitely eligible for any postgraduate courses after Degree course. Wish you a good luck for your future.

It is certainly possible to pursue Masters in Psychology, even though you have obtained Bachelor's degree in some other field. Most of the people who apply for Master's degree come from varied field and this creates mélange of student coming from different field and sharing knowledge and helping other to gain further insight. You need to research a bit about such universities.
