Hi, you can do another Diploma in a more specialized subject, or go for a Bachelor's degree. Fashion Design hons., Fashion and Marketing, 3D fashion design, Fashion Media, Textiles etc. Now, which course is best for you depend on you and your interest. Lasalle College of Arts, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Taf. Tc in Singapore are popular. In India NIFT is among the best. Visit the institute websites to check the various programs and decide what to study based on your interest and career you want to be in.

NIFT doesn't have a specific Master's degree in textile design. Masters is a researched based degree and select programs, where you can work with textiles. It is best to reach out to the faculty and see, if any of them are involved in textiles or worked in that field.

Yes, you can take admission in Masters in journalism and Mass Communication. Just check the admission eligibility criteria of that university in which you want to take admission. Because, some university conduct entrance exam and few take admission on the merit based for which they just consider class 12th and graduation marks only.

Difficult to say, it xan be accepted if the university is flexible and if your academic standing is strong enough. Please write to them, they will evaluate and suggest as per their rules. If you don't have a very good percentage you should retake. Canadian universities also have foundation courses in English.
