No, it is not necessary at all. If you have basic understanding of the subjects, then scoring above 60% will be sufficient. You should focus on communication skills also to get placed in top companies through campus placement.
Yes, as you have scored first class in B.Com, so you can easily get placed in good companies.

You can pursue an Under Graduate Degree (Open University Mode) from Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai. Eligibility is 18 Years Completion and Entrance Exam Clearance.

Hi,
MBA stands for Master of business administration and PGDM stands for Post-graduation Diploma in management. MBA duration is 2 years and PGDM duration is 1 year. After an MBA, you can go for higher studies like Ph.D and doctorate courses, but PGDM you can't apply for Ph.D. or doctorate courses that's the main difference.
