It has a good scope. Plus, it take one year off your studies but, the 5 year programme is pretty hard with all the course and studies.

Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management University (EIILM University) was a private university located in South Sikkim district in the Indian state of Sikkim. It was run by Rai Foundation. [1] Malvika Foundation was the Sponsoring Body of EIILM University. The university has been shut down by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and it has been reported to be non-functioning since December 2014. So any degree before that are definitely valid.

It is not possible as it is explicitly stated in the BCI rules of legal education under rule 13 that an integrated degree cannot be split.
13. Prohibition against lateral entry and exit
There shall be no lateral entry on the plea of graduation in any subject or exit by way of awarding a degree splitting the integrated double degree course, at any intermediary stage of integrated double degree course.

Hi,
You can pursue your Masters in Germany after a 3 year degree, nothing to worry on that front. Very good academic standing is required. Management programs also require GMAT in general. Just look around admission requirements on university websites.
