I believed you did Polytechnic Diploma. For UG (B.Tech), you can take admission on lateral entry. Number of colleges in India provide admission on Lateral Entry in 2nd year of B.Tech. So try to find that colleges in your area.

The basic eligibility for M.Sc. Computer Science course has been mentioned below. Candidates must have completed graduation in B.Sc. (H) Computer Science or B.Sc. Applied Physical Sciences with Mathematics and Computer Science
Candidates who have completed B.Sc. (General) Mathematical Sciences, (10+2+3 scheme) with Mathematics and Computer Science are also eligible to apply. Regards.

That's not easy to tell. Everything will depend on your academic, leadership and entrepreneurial skills, etc. There is a great demand for start ups. If you do an entrepreneurial course, the business school will help you with the projects through the programme. So it all depends on your performance.
