Right now, BA is not a good choice after ITI. As you want a technical degree, go for B.Tech which is more beneficial than BA. Furthermore, you can continue to apply for a job.

If you have no B.Tech degree then you can go for various short-term certificate course by which you can learn more about this field because, for a job, you need to have a proper knowledge about the field.
