Relax, you can show your mark sheet along with your admit card, etc., to them. Tell them the truth that certificate (provisional/original) has not been issued to you till now. You can show your certificate to them at the later stage.

You have to go to collector office with documents required like:
Mandatory Documents. Identity Proof- Voter ID Card/ Passport/Driver's License/RSBY Card/Aadhaar Card/
Address proof- Voter ID Card/ Passport/Driver's License/ Aadhaar Card/ Electricity. Proof of caste for self School leaving certificate mentioning Caste/Bonafide, Income Certificate of your parents, Your Caste Certificate and Domicile Certificate.

Dear Lovish,
In Integrated BBA-MBA, you are not allowed to exit after BBA. Had it been Dual BBA-MBA, then this would have been possible. Most of the universities like LPU, follow this only as in Integrated one year gets reduced and degree gets finished in 4 years, whereas in Dual it is for 5 years only. Rest, you check with MDU.
