The candidate will not be allowed to enter the exam venue without a printout of the NID DAT admit card; note that digital copies of the admit card will not be accepted.
So, on the day of the exam, you will need both: 1) a printout of the admit card and 2) original photo ID proof.
Note that photocopies or digital copies of the photo ID proof will not be accepted.
The admit card will contain exam-day guidelines; carefully go through these guidelines to ensure that your exam day is smooth and stress-free.

NID DAT 2026 (Prelims) admit card was released on December 11, 2025.
The admit card will be released in a downloadable PDF format. This means you can download it as many times as you want. The only thing is to make sure that you download it early, as closer to the exam, you may face issues.
For instance, if there is a server issue and you are unable to download the admit card, you won't be able to take the DAT Prelims exam. To download the admit card, log in to the admit card download portal using your email ID and date of birth.
