Yes, it is mandatory to clear both parts of CEED exam. Part B answer booklets are evaluated only for candidates who qualify Part A. The application form for CEED 2024 is now closed.
The application form opened on October 3, 2023. To fill out the form, the candidate had to follow these steps: Get registered by entering details like name, email id, mobile number, and date of birth. On successful registration, an applicant account will be created. Next, log in to the candidate account and fill in personal, academic, and contact details. Select test centres; a maximum of three exam centres can be selected in the order of priority. Upload scanned images of your photograph and signature, and certificates. Qualifying exam - The candidate must have completed a degree, Diploma, or postgraduate programme of a minimum of THREE years (after 10+2). Or, Appearing for the final exam of such a programme by July 2024
or, Must have passed the GD Arts Diploma programme (10+5) level by July 2024.

The CEED application form is for admission to the M.Des programme offered by participating colleges. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will have to apply before the last date. The CEED application fee is INR 3,600.
IIT Bombay will release the admission notification for CEED 2023 before the commencement of the exam, which will include information like admission schedule, information brochure, etc.

Candidates can check the result for NID DAT 2025 online following the link that will be given on this page. To check your result, follow these below-mentioned steps:
- Visit the official website of NID
- Click on NID DAT result link
- Enter the registered email address and date of birth.
- On successful log-in, the result of NID DAT 2025 will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and take a printout of the result.
Note that scores of DAT Prelims 2025 exam will be used to shortlist candidates for the next round (DAT Mains).
The FINAL result of NID DAT 2025 will be prepared by giving weighatge to DAT Prelims and DAT Mains.

The final results of NID DAT is prepared by giving weightage to DAT Prelims and DAT Mains.
In case of the B.Des program, the DAT Prelims carries 40% weightage, while DAT Mains carries 60% weightage.
Meanwhile for the M.Des programme, DAT Prelims carries 30% weightage, while DAT Mains carries 70% weightage. Note that DAT Mains for M.Des contains to sub-components - Studio Test and Interview.
Candidates who qualify DAT Prelims has to mandatorily appear in the DAT Mains. Or else, the candidate is not considered for admission.

NID cutoff is the minimum marks that aspirants need to secure in order to get admission to the B. Des and M.Des courses offered at NID campuses. The cut-off would be released at the time of seat allotment. Candidates who meet NID DAT 2025 cut-off in their respective categories will get admission. To determine the cut-off, factors like seat intake, no. of applications, merit ranks of applicants, etc. will be considered. Note that the admission cutoff is not the same as the DAT Prelims cut-off, which is simply used to shortlist candidates for DAT Mains.

The NID DAT 2025 results (Mains) for the B. Des program will announced on May 16, 2025.
The final result will be prepared by giving weightage to DAT Prelims and DAT Mains. The direct link to check the results will be provided here.
Note that the candidate was also given the opportunity to apply for re-check of their results.
Candidates who are included in the final merit list of NID DAT 2025 will be considered for admission to B. Des/ M.Des courses. The allotment of seats will be as per the merit rank of the candidate in NID DAT 2025.

NID DAT Mains 2025 exam for the M.Des programme will be conducted from March 3- April 6, 2025. Meanwhile, DAT Mains for the B. Des program will be conducted from April 26- May 4, 2025. Candidates who have qualified DAT Prelims are eligible to appear in DAT Mains. The DAT Mains exam for the B. Des programme will include a Studio Test. However, the dat Mains for the M.Des course also include an interview apart from the Studio Test.
The merit list of NID DAT 2025 will be prepared by giving weightage to DAT Prelims and DAT Mains.

Admission to the B.Des and M.Des programs at the NIDs is conducted through the NID DAT entrance exam.
The exam has two sub-exams - The candidate 1st appears in DAT Prelims, and if shortlisted has to appear in DAT Mains.
The final merit list for NID DAT 2025 will be prepared by giving weightage to DAT Prelims and DAT Mains.
Also, if a candidate doen't appear in DAT Mains, he or she will not be considered for admission.
