NID is the best institute to pursue any designing but NIFT is best to pursue fashion designing. No, NID entrance exam is more tough than NIFT entrance exam.

NIFT offers 4 years duration Bachelor of Fashion Technology (Apparel Production) degree course. The multi-disciplinary four year program with well integrated information systems gives students insight on diktat of fashion manufacturing business and keeps them abreast with the latest and best methods and practices in sewn product industry. It prepares professionals who can significantly contribute to the fashion technology domain of the apparel industry by providing practical solutions to the industry in India and abroad.

Scoring a good rank can definitely get you a good campus and the department of your choice but for fee concession, you can apply for a scholarship. The scholarship is given on the basis of one's financial condition and the need. Through scholarship, one can get a fee concession up to 50% of the fee.

Well, no one gets a fee concession for giving the entrance exam of NIFT. Firstly, you give the exam to get a rank on the basis of which you get the admission. And secondly, you can apply for scholarship which is given according to your financial condition. Scholarship provides a fee concession upto 50% of the fee as well.

The maximum age limit to get admission in NIFT for Bachelors programme is 23 years as on 1st October, 2016. The upper age limit may be relaxed by a period of 5 years for the candidates of scheduled caste/scheduled tribe/ differently abled person subject to the following qualifications. For Masters programme, there is no age limit.

Yes, it is possible to get a job in Adidas if you apply and you have the required skills even if you pursue B.Tech in apparel production from NIFT. Just make sure your sgpa is good enough and you have a nice portfolio.
