LPU's Fashion Design school reports a ₹18 Lacs the highest package, ₹11.4 Lacs average package for the top 10% and 70+ recruiters. Chitkara's Design School currently reports 61% students placed, 438+ offers since inception, ₹14 Lacs the highest CTC and ₹7 Lacs average for the top 10%. So both have opportunities, but LPU's published numbers look stronger. For fashion, though, your portfolio, internships, creativity and industry connections matter enormously.

IIAD or recently known as UDIT offers a limited number of seats for each programme. This means applicants who apply early and clear the entrance test in the initial admission cycle, have higher chances of being accepted for the programme of their choice.

Easier admission does not always mean lower-quality teaching.
