It's depends upon your interest. A B.Sc fashion designing is wort it if you want a structured 3 years technical foundation in textile, garment construction and production. The success depends on your portfolio and practical skills rather than the degree label alone.

Options include fashion designer, garment technologist, textile merchandiser, apparel production manager, and costume designer. Given the city's textile strength, production and merchandising roles are especially common. Some graduates move into styling or freelance design work too. Higher studies at NIFT or abroad is another path some take. Local export houses in Tiruppur often hire directly. Career direction really depends on your specialisation in college.
