Before the completion of admission process in the concerned programme and within 15 days of admission, the candidate
must give a written request letter to the Convenor, Admission Committee/ Registrar, University, stating the reason for
not wanting to study in the University and to consider the refund of fee.
Based on the following conditions the University Administration will take the decision on the request letter given by the
Candidate-
1. The Candidate has not attended any class during the above mentioned period
