The colleges which you have mentioned are one of the best colleges. Among the three DTU should be your first preference with CS or any of the branch of your interest. NSIT should be your second option and IIITD should be third. CSE, CE are good branches in terms of career and various Govt. Opportunities are also available in CE. You can choose among CS or CE. EEE is also good and openings are available for them also but CS and CE are among good options to choose for as IT industry is growing at higher rates as compared to others. So CS will be better option.

Hi Mukul, the course fees for DTU is around 3.8 lakhs for four years.Along with will come the expense of Hostels and mess. The hostel fees for 4 years will be 80000 and the monthly mess bill is 2000. So the total expense in the college for the full duration of the course will be around 5.5 lakhs.
But you don't need to worry about the fees as the bank in the campus is ready to provide you with loan for all the expenses. And if you get a good branch in DTU the fees would be worth it.
If you want to get any more details, then get back to me with any furthur questions.
