After completing B.Tech, you can go for MBA or M.Tech to get growth in your career. There are many top colleges for MBA like:
1. IIMs.
2. FMS.
3. XLRI.
4. MDI.
5. JBIMS.
6. SPJIMR.
7. IIFT, etc.
To get admission in these colleges, you have to appear for an entrance exam like CAT, XAT, IIFT, MAT, NMAT or SNAP and get a good percentile with an impressive Wat/ PI.
