You can go in stream 2 but getting EEE with 969 marks is difficult on Sastra main branch.

Hi, Let me just share some insights to get into the lateral entry programme at LPU. LPU does provide Lateral Entry courses with excellent learning opportunities and they are.
1. Diploma (engineering. ). Hello M Vinay. I can understand your angst and anxiety. For all purposes Diploma is considered as equivalent to 12thand hence you are definitely eligible to appear for AFCAT. Where ever they talk of 12th, you assume it to be for Diploma. Fill up the form and don't worry. Best wishes to you.

As an alumni of LPU, i can share the details for LPU as i don't know about other Institute. Being Alumni of LPU, I would like to answer this question. At LPU, Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme.
So, as per the official website of LPU, the Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) is defined as - Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Mathematics and English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.
