Hi Anuj, yes, you can get admission in DTU through lateral entry once you complete your Diploma. Although the entrance will be tough but you can crack it if you work hard.

EC/CS/EE will be the branches but the cutoff for them will vary.

Electrical Engineering (EE) is a core branch of Engineering and is different from the other branches namely Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electronics engineering. I will suggest you to purchase the previous year's papers from nearby markets. Previous year papers will give you an idea about the question patterns and it will help you to perform better in the exam. So, purchase it and start your preparation.

As you have already completed your graduation in electrical engineering. Therefore, you are eligible to take admission in M.Tech for Mechatronics in Germany or anywhere you want to. Therefore, you should apply for this, if you are interested in the same.

VLSI, Power electronics, robotics, nano technology, artificial intelligence. etc.

Nothing will be tough, if you have a good will, everything comes in your way.
