Hi, As you have completed your Diploma in electrical engineering, so you are eligible to take admission in B.Tech. However, as per government norms and regulations, you cannot pursue technical degrees in distance mode. You need to attend regular classes.

As you have scored 130411 rank in JEE Mains exam 2019. Also, you belongs from OBC category. So, getting an NIT in any government colleges will be difficult with this score. Still, I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling.
