Both are same at the graduate level. In India, mostly electrical engineering and electrical & electronics Engineering branches run up to graduate level but in foreign universities, there are Master of science programme in system engineering run widely.

Hi there,
Thanks for A2A.
If college fee is not a big issue for you then I think DTU would be the best option if you are looking for electrical engineering. Being in the capital of India you will get more exposure in DTU and more opportunities will be on your way.
And if you are from a low financial background then go for COEP.
Both the colleges are good.
There is a little difference between them but rest depends on you.
