B.Tech ECE after B.Sc Physics will consume a lot of your academic curriculum duration and you will still be called as a graduate and not postgraduate, I think MBA/ PGDM will be better for you unless you are too passionate about pursuing B.Tech ECE. If you go for B.Tech ECE then definitely opt for M.Tech otherwise if you opt for MBA after B.Tech ECE then you should opt for MBA now.

The definition of best varies from person to person and is influenced by personal inclinations and one's strength. For example, some people might go with a regular stream like CS mechanical, Electronics and some might go with not so common branches like robotics, petroleum, and mining. Opt for the engineering branch that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion.

Hello Naveen,
The admission into PSG is based on the cut off marks in board exams. There is no entrance exam. You need to apply for counseling under Anna University through which you can get admission.
All the best!
