Also, you completed your Bachelor's through distance and open learning so additional credit point requirements must be met. Lateral entry in B.Sc IT is not a common course across colleges in India and most of the colleges don't provide this course, listed below are some of the colleges that provide B.Sc IT through lateral entry:

Eligibility criteria for 2 years lateral entry admission in MCA program in most of Universities is as follows:
"Candidates should be pass in a recognised Bachelors degree of minimum 3 years duration in BCA, B.Sc. (Information Technology / Computer Science) with mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduate level and obtained atleast 50 % (45 % in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examinations".
You are not eligible to seek admission in MCA lateral entry based on your educational qualification. You are advised to do MCA of 3 years duration.
