Hello Kanishka,
From this year onwards, NTA the agency conducting the exam of JEE Mains, will be declaring results in percentile form and the AIR will be given only after second set of exam results are announced in April or May. Till then nobody can predict how things will move. Roughly about 3lakh students will be allowed to sit for JEE Advanced the exam which will determine the admission to IIT. Hence, patience till then. B. Sc in Nautical Science is a 3-year undergraduate course which is split into 6 semesters. Each year consists of 2 semesters and contains a thoroughly practical approach to all the concepts of Nautical Technology.
Whereas, Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Marine Engineering is a 4-year undergraduate course which is split into 8 semesters. Each year contains 2 terms, with each term a minimum of 6 subjects or more depending on the university.

Congratulations, you have scored very well in the exam, as the results are announced recently the cut off rank for different nits and colleges are still not out but they will be soon till then we can't be absolutely sure about this year cut off but if we look at previous years result a rank around 13-14k will surely be able to give you admission in some good NITs with your desired branch.
