It's an interesting query that you have raised. However, the answer is most straightforward. There is a saying which says "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder". Meaning what I perceive as beautiful, others may not perceive it that way. So is the case with different branches of engineering. There are people who will perceive each of these branches as best. I would say that what you like is the best as far as you are concerned & what I like is best as far as I am concerned.

Go and take admission in Thakur College of Engineering and Technology. Even their fees is high as compared to others but the facilities they provide are well and good.

MHCET is the best option and it offers top engineering institutes in Maharashtra like COEP, VIT, etc.

Jadavpur University is quite better than all the other college as Jadavpur ranked in-between top 10 best college of India but all the other college as also quite better. If I rank the following college then
1. Jadavpur University.
2. GNDEC.
3. SLIET.
4. CCET.

You can follow the simple procedure that you can find on the website of ACPC. Just fill up your choices according to your 12th score and you'll be notified where you can get admission.

For IIT's and NIT's you have to write JEE Mains and Advanced. JEE Mains rank can fetch you a seat in NIT whereas rank in Advanced can give you chance to get enrolled in IITs. Also, take exams such as BITSAT, VITEEE and other state exams for other top colleges.
